1. Service Agreement

By engaging Lock SG’s services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These govern your use of our locksmith services and form a legally binding agreement between you (the customer) and Lock SG.

2. Scope of Services

Lock SG provides professional locksmith services, including but not limited to: lock installation, repair, rekeying, emergency lockout assistance, security upgrades, and maintenance for digital and traditional locks. All services are performed by certified and experienced technicians.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All service fees and costs will be communicated clearly before any work begins.

  • Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the job, type of lock, and parts required.

  • Payment is due immediately upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments.

4. Appointment, Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Appointments should be scheduled in advance through our official channels.

  • Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule appointments to avoid cancellation fees.

  • Lock SG reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee or a minimum service fee for late cancellations or no-shows.

5. Liability and Disclaimer

  • Lock SG will perform all services with due care and professionalism. However, we are not liable for any damages caused by misuse or neglect of locks after service.

  • We are not responsible for damages resulting from unauthorized third-party interventions or modifications following our service.

  • In cases where the lock or security system is beyond repair, Lock SG will advise on replacement options but is not liable for the failure of existing equipment.

6. Warranty

  • Lock SG offers a limited warranty covering workmanship and parts used during service.

  • The warranty period and coverage details will be specified at the time of service.

  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, natural disasters, or unauthorized alterations.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

  • We respect your privacy and protect all personal information collected during service delivery.

  • Customer data is used solely for the purpose of providing locksmith services and will not be shared with third parties without consent unless required by law.

8. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore.

  • Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
